2. Services and subscription

We provide a platform for building AI agents, offering various AI models, memory options, and open-source tools.

What’s free: You can build and use up to two (2) AI agents for free.

Subscription plans: To create more agents (up to a maximum of 10), you must subscribe to one of our paid plans. Details about subscription fees, billing cycles, and cancellation policies can be found under ‘Manage Subscriptions.’

3. User responsibilities and acceptable use

Responsible AI use: You are solely responsible for ensuring your AI agents comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use our services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities, including infringing on third-party intellectual property or generating inappropriate content.

Data privacy and security: You are responsible for any data you input into your AI agents and must ensure its legality and security. You must not input or request personal or sensitive information without proper authorization.

Accuracy and reliability: You acknowledge that AI outputs may not always be accurate and are responsible for reviewing and verifying them before acting upon them.

Content moderation: Our platform may employ moderation systems, and we reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies or applicable laws.

4. Intellectual property

Platform ownership: All intellectual property rights related to our services, including software, content, and trademarks, belong to Sheaves AI, Inc. or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the service or its outputs without our prior written consent.

User-generated content: You retain ownership of the data you input into your AI agents, according to Rocket Lawyer. However, by using our services, you grant us the necessary rights to process your input and generate outputs for your AI agents.

5. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” with no warranties regarding accuracy or suitability. We are not liable for damages from service use or reliance on outputs.

Termination: We may suspend or end your access for any reason, including policy violations.
