How group access works
Choose your number of seats
Buy 10 or more seats. You’ll name your group at checkout and manage it from your account.
Invite your learners
Add learners by email, or share a sign up link. Each learner gets their own login and progress.
Manage as you go
Add seats when your group grows. New seats are prorated for the rest of your billing year.
Questions
Do I need to buy each course separately?
No. Course Access includes every course in the library, plus any new courses added while your subscription is active.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription won't renew, and you'll lose access to course lessons when your current paid year ends. You can cancel from the Subscriptions section of your account.
Does the account manager need to use a seat?
Only if they want to take the courses. At checkout, you can choose whether to take a seat yourself or just manage the group.
What if our group payment doesn't go through?
Access for everyone in the group is tied to one subscription. If a renewal payment fails, learners lose access until the payment is updated from the account that bought the seats.
Who should buy access for younger learners?
For our Youth courses, we recommend that a parent, guardian, or school purchases and manages access on the learner's behalf.
